Booking and payment

How do I book?

Tell us what you’re planning on the quote form or on WhatsApp. We’ll check we’re free and reply with ideas and a quote. When you’re happy with it, a deposit holds your date.

How much is the deposit?

30% of the quote holds your date. It isn’t refundable, because we turn other work away for it.

When do I pay the rest?

For weddings, the rest is due 4 weeks before the day. For everything else, it’s due when we deliver the finished work.

Can I ask for changes to the edit?

Yes. Two rounds of changes are included, so you can tell us what to adjust once you’ve seen the first edit, and again after that.

Can you deliver faster?

Usually, yes. Rush delivery within 48 hours starts from £150. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote, and we’ll say if we can make it.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is worked out for each job and shown clearly in your quote, whether it’s across London, elsewhere in the UK or abroad.

Weddings

Do you film and photograph, or just one?

Both, or either. Many couples book film and photos together, so the same people cover the whole day and everything matches in look and feel. If you only need one, that’s fine too. See the packages

How much does a wedding cost?

For up to 8 hours on the day, wedding photos start from £800, a wedding film from £1,200, and both together from £1,800. For smaller weddings, up to 4 hours of film and photos starts from £1,000. Tell us your date, venue and what you have in mind, and we’ll send a quote. Get a quote for your wedding

How do we hold our date?

Once you’re happy with the quote, a 30% deposit holds your date. It isn’t refundable, because we turn other couples away for it. The rest is due 4 weeks before the wedding. Until the deposit is paid the date isn’t held, so it’s worth asking early for busy summer weekends. Check your date

How soon will we get our film and photos?

You’ll get a few sneak-peek photos within 48 hours. The full gallery and your film follow within 2 to 4 weeks.

Can you film a ceremony in another language, or with different traditions?

Yes. Tell us about the ceremony and any traditions beforehand, so we know the important moments and where to be for them.

Do you travel outside London?

Yes, across the UK and abroad. Travel is worked out for each wedding and shown clearly in your quote, so there are no surprises.

Can we choose the music for our film?

Yes. Send us songs you love and we’ll suggest licensed music that fits, so your film can be shared online without being taken down.

Will we get all the footage?

Your film is edited from everything we record. If you’d also like all the unedited footage, you can add it for an extra fee.

Music videos

Can you help with the idea for a music video?

Yes. Send us the track and anything that inspires you, and we’ll come back with ideas, places to shoot and a plan. Or bring your own idea and we’ll bring it to life. Developing a full concept with you starts from £250. Tell us about your track

How much does a music video cost?

Music videos start from £700 per video, filmed and edited. The final price depends on the idea: how many locations, people and days it needs. Send us the track and the idea, and we’ll send a quote, usually with a couple of options. Get a quote for your video

How long does a music video take?

It depends on the idea. A simple shoot in one place is quicker than a story across several locations. If you have a release date, tell us and we’ll plan back from it.

Will I get short clips for Instagram and TikTok?

Yes. Along with the full video, we can cut vertical clips sized for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, ready for your release. Some packages include them; otherwise we add them to your quote.

Do you work outside London?

Yes, across the UK and abroad, from festivals to studios. Travel is worked out for each job and shown clearly in your quote.

Live events

How much does it cost to film a gig or a concert?

A gig or set, with up to 2 hours of filming and a short reel, starts from £500. A full concert filmed with three cameras and edited starts from £1,600. Get a quote for your event

Can you film a live set with more than one camera?

Yes. Depending on the gig we use several cameras, five or more for bigger shows, so the edit can cut between the stage, the players and the crowd. A full concert filmed with three cameras and edited starts from £1,600. Watch a live set from Shambala Festival

Do you record the sound at gigs too?

Yes. For a solo player or a small group we record with our own microphones, from £350. For a full concert we can record every instrument separately, quoted for each concert; mixing is extra. Otherwise we take a recording from the venue’s sound desk.

Can you film our launch or celebration?

Yes. Album launches, anniversaries and celebrations are filmed and photographed the same way: we catch the performances, the speeches and the people. See the Difficult Loves EP launch

Can you add drone footage?

Yes, from £200 per shoot, wherever it’s safe and allowed to fly.

Do you work outside London?

Yes, across the UK and abroad, from festivals to studios. Travel is worked out for each job and shown clearly in your quote.

Brands and websites

Can you shoot photos and build the website together?

Yes, and it’s often the best way: the photos are shot with the website in mind, so everything looks like it belongs together. We did this for The Twins Barbers and Softwood Beech.

How much does a website cost?

A one-page website starts from £600, a site with up to 5 pages from £1,200, and a site with bookings or a shop from £2,000. Tell us about your business and we’ll send a quote. Get a quote for your website

How long does a website take?

Usually 2 to 4 weeks from the first chat to going live. Having your photos and words ready makes it quicker, and we can help with both.

Can you write the words for the website?

Yes. We can write the text from a short chat with you, or tidy up words you already have, so every page sounds like you.

Who looks after the website once it’s live?

We can. Our monthly plan is £35 and covers updates, backups, security checks and up to 30 minutes of small changes. Or just ask when you need something, at £60 an hour (30 minutes minimum). You’ll always own your website and domain.

Do you make films sized for Instagram and TikTok?

Yes. We shoot with social media in mind and deliver vertical versions for Reels, TikTok and Stories, alongside wide versions for your website and YouTube.

Can you look after our social media content every month?

Yes. We plan, shoot and edit your posts each month: 8 posts for £750 a month, or 16 for £1,400. You get a steady stream of photos and short films without organising a shoot every time. Ask about monthly content

Can you shoot at our place, before or after opening hours?

Yes. We can shoot when you’re closed, so the space looks its best and your customers aren’t disturbed, or during opening hours if you want the place busy.

Can we use the photos and films anywhere?

Yes: your website, social media, adverts and print. We just ask for a credit to Vita Productions where it fits, for example tagging us on Instagram.
